Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an ability to translate concepts into visual identities, and a passion for creating impactful and memorable designs. You will work closely with our team of designers, copywriters, and project managers to produce high-quality work that aligns with our clients’ vision and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design: Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of digital and print materials, including branding, social media graphics, marketing collateral, websites, packaging, and more.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, and other team members to ensure designs meet project goals and client expectations.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their design needs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback into the final designs.
Brand Development: Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines for clients, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or boutique studio setting

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, digital, and print.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Experience with web design and UX/UI is a plus.
